About the Authors
Shiv Singh helps brands transform with the rise of digital and has worked in
executive level positions on both the agency side and with Fortune 50 companies.
He is currently the SVP of Global Brand and Marketing Transformation at Visa Inc.
Shiv has been recognized by Ad Age as a Media Maven and has been featured on
the publication’s cover. More recently, he was recognized by Adweek as a Top 50
Marketer (no. 19).
The award-winning and business-results-producing work done by Shiv and his
teams while at Visa Inc. and PepsiCo have been recognized by leading industry and
consumer publications from Fortune Magazine and Ad Age to Forbes and The Harvard
Business Review. This includes the definition and launch of the new, multistakeholder
Visa brand platform and communications model, reimagining card innovation for
major Visa clients, evolving the Pepsi brand for the digital era by making it a media
brand through the creation of a global media network called Pepsi Pulse, and form-
ing the largest multidimensional partnership with Twitter in its history.
Shiv has also written for the Harvard Business Review online, Ad Age, Adweek, and
other publications. Shiv sits on the DMG World Media Board of Governors and has
advised startups including Buddy Media, Crowdtwist, Beckon, and Social Chorus.
He holds a BS in Information Systems from Babson College, and an MSc (Research)
from the London School of Economics & Political Science, where he focused on

Stephanie Diamond is a thought leader and management marketing professional
with years of experience building profits in more than 75 different industries. She

As a strategic thinker, Stephanie uses all the current visual thinking techniques
