This specific book would have never been completed had it not been for my wife,
who sacrificed what should have been many a family weekend to let me sit at my
desk and churn out chapter after chapter.
A book like this also could not have been written without the constant inspiration,
collaboration, and debate that happens among employees in dynamic organiza-
tions like Visa, PepsiCo, and Razorfish. I feel lucky to have been able to work
among such talented people whose thinking has undoubtedly shaped me and my
views on social media marketing. Every day, I go into work humbled as I learn
something new from these star employees.
Finally, but not least, my co-writer Stephanie Diamond, who’s been a patient,
committed, and thoughtful force, deserves lots of acknowledgement.
