As you can see, this profile includes the same links as Larry Kim’s profile: Profile,
Claps, Highlights, and Responses. It also has one additional link called Series.
Series are stories that you read on your mobile phone that are displayed “card by
card” and can be added to over time. To explain this type of post they say, “there
is no ending, just to be continued.” In this way, readers can continue to check in
and read about a topic as writers add to them. The Series tab is present when you
download the Medium app.

After experimenting, Buffer found that Medium helped them reach a variety of
new audiences and have continued to update their content. They also started a
blog on Customer Support https://medium.com/customer-support to explain
their commitment to customer service.
