Messaging
Google Business Profile oers powerful messaging tools so your
business can capitalize on this trend. You can permit customers to
text questions, which you receive through the Google Business
Profile app. Manage these options, review incoming questions,
and reply through the Messages tab of the Google Business
Profile app. Promote trust with timely replies (remember that it’s
important to reply to messages within 24 hours or Google may
deactivate the feature from your account).
If you’re like most business owners, Google Business Profile isn’t the
